Deposit and Payments

A $250 reservation deposit must be received with this form in order to reserve the church. Full payment is due 30 days before the wedding ceremony. Payments can be made by check or online here. For Online Payments: Change the Amount and the Fund drop-down appropriately for each of your choices below.

Cancellation Information

In case of cancellation seven days or less prior to the reserved date on which activities are expected to begin, the entire fee will be forfeited (or due, to the extent not yet paid). If an event is cancelled during the period 30 days to 8 days prior, then one half of the fee will be forfeited (or due, to the extent not paid). There is no penalty for cancellation due to severe weather or natural disaster; or if, for any emergency, the church is unable to hold your event. In such a case, the entire fee will be refunded, and you will be given an opportunity to reschedule your event. Note: the church follows the US Government's weather cancellation decisions.
