Ideal for choral, orchestral or oratory performances, Epiphany’s Sanctuary space provides historic ambiance, exceptional acoustics and a convenient downtown location.  Seating capacity is 450 to 500, including the South (rear) Balcony and the transepts, at 3-4 people per pew.  The fee for using the church is $300 for the first hour and $175 for each subsequent hour.  There is a one hour minimum charge.  The performance area measures 37 feet deep by 38 feet wide or approximately 1400 square feet.  Please email [email protected] or call 202-347-2635 to book.

Epiphany’s Parish Community Hall is a large (1650 sq. ft.) multi-purpose room suitable for banquets, town-hall presentations or lectures.  It features WiFi, an overhead projector with retractable movie screen, a main 14′ x 4-1/2′ oval wooden table, multiple round or rectangular folding tables, and folding chairs as required for your purpose.  The room can fit 150 seated in theatre style rows, or 100 at 8 people per table.  Approximately 200 can fit for a standing reception.

The Willard Room contains a Yamaha upright piano for auditions, rehearsals or piano lessons.  It also has internet connectivity, and a 37″ wall monitor and webcam to connect to your laptop.  Four large whiteboards allow for detailed training presentations.  Seating Capacity is approximately 14 around conference tables, plus 19 along the walls; or 50 standing.  Size is 468 square feet.  Pricing is $80 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour.  Please email [email protected] or call 202-347-2635 to book.

We invite you and your mission group to stay overnight at The Church of the Epiphany’s Mission Center. With room for up to 40 people, the Mission Center has two bathrooms with showers, and a kitchenette area with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Rolling partitions allow you to divide the room.  Plan your youth group’s agenda on the four whiteboards, then head off to your activities!  Guests bring their own air mattresses and bedding. We provide free WiFi connectivity to the internet. The cost is $40 per person per night.
