First-Time Visitors
Where is Epiphany located?
We are conveniently located just 3 blocks east of The White House.
Our address is 1317 G St, NW, Washington, DC 20005. We are near the intersection of G Street and 13th Street.
We are only half a block from Metro Center on the red, blue, and orange lines. Use the 13th St. exit from the platform.
What types of people go to Epiphany?
All types. Some have even called us a motley band of courageous and quirky seekers. We are diverse in race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, class, age, theology, ability, politics, and socio-economic status. We come from the city, the suburbs, and the DC shelters.
Is there a dress code?
No. Our hope is that all worshipers will feel comfortable enough to participate in the liturgy at the level they desire. Just come and be yourself.
How does your church relate to the surrounding community?
Our doors are open Sunday through Friday to all those who work in, live in, or visit downtown Washington. We welcome all who are seeking a place where they will be accepted, affirmed and inspired. We offer a full schedule of daily worship, the Epiphany Tuesday Concert Series, and many fellowship and learning events.
Do I have to be a member to worship at Epiphany and participate in community events and programs?
No, but we would love for you to explore membership further as an opportunity for commitment to a faith community and as a chance for personal growth.
