Opera in the Outfield

    Calling All Opera Lovers!

Are you looking for a truly unforgettable experience? If so, the Epiphany Pastoral Care team invites you to attend the Washington National Opera’s free broadcast of Puccini’s La boheme at the Nationals Park! This beloved opera is a classic tale of love and heartbreak set in the bohemian neighborhoods of Paris. La boheme is a must-see for any opera lover, from the beautiful music to the captivating storyline.

The opera will be displayed on the high-definition Nats HD scoreboard Saturday, September 30, at 7 p.m. Free seating will be available on the outfield grass (weather permitting) and in the stands. The gates open at 5 p.m. for some pre-opera fun! You can also join the conversation on social media with #OperaInTheOutfield. The opera will be performed in Italian with projected English titles. Assistive listening devices (ADLs) are also available.
