Improving Communications at Epiphany

Epiphany’s Administrative Assistant, Catherine Manhardt, is asking for your feedback about communications at Epiphany:

My first priority is making sure that Epiphany’s communication efforts are reaching, informing, and engaging those who are involved in life at Epiphany through our worship, music program, and social justice ministries. It’s also important to keep in mind that our website, social media presence, and newsletter are tools for evangelism. Often times, a website is the first interaction a newcomer with have with a church and social media is a great way to reach people from a wide variety of networks.

To improve communications at Epiphany I will need your help! I would love to know your thoughts about our current communication system. What is successful and where is there room for improvement? Do you feel that Epiphany is doing a good job connecting with you through our existing methods of communication? What sort of information would you like to see in the newsletter or on the website and Facebook page?
